Issue of Shares, Director/PDMR Shareholdings and Total Voting Rights

Further to the Company's Full Year Results released earlier today, the Company confirms that it has issued 1,125,259 new ordinary shares of £0.002 each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") under the Company's B Share Growth Scheme, C Share Growth Scheme, E Share Growth Scheme, Institutional Employee Share Ownership Scheme, the Canada Share Scheme and D Share Scheme.

An application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to take place on 27 March 2023 ("Admission").

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 43,321,813 ordinary shares. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury. Therefore, following Admission, this figure of 43,321,813 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

110,651 신주 were issued to Directors/PDMRs of the Company and therefore the relevant regulatory disclosures have been made in the tables below.
